Добрый день!
Недавно разбирал старые письма и обратил внимание на интересный факт - на конвертах писем полученных в 1995 году стоят печати СССР и УССР.
Исходя из этого возник вопрос, а когда была замена печатей на почтах города на УКРАИНА.

Что-то мне кажется в процессе реструкторизации...
Не так давно на почте вручную проставляли дату отправки писем.
